Feature/update ruby version 2.7.8

updated the ruby version to 2.7.8 By default ruby version is running on the 2.6.5. If we need to update the ruby version to 2.7.8 then pass the CI varible RUBY_VERSION= ruby27 and also pass theUNIT_TEST_CONTAINER_VERSION.
