Feature/move upload

Move upload jobs into the respective build jobs.

Pretty much the upload jobs result to be pretty useless to be separate and the team wants them to be included in the build. This supposedly will save time on pulling the image to perform the upload.

I have added the AWS cli to the android-react-builder

I have requested to add the aws dependecy to the mac runner <- this will block wider release, so it will be release only once that's done.
